Objectives

The USC Administrative Employees Association (ADEA) shall aim to accomplish the following objectives:

To promote the physical, socio-cultural, civil, economic, intellectual and spiritual welfare of the members through:

1.1.1 harmonious interpersonal relationship at all levels within the University Community

1.1.2 appropriate representation for the fulfillment of personal functional needs

1.1.3 mutual assistance and support.

Members

All regular administrative employees of the University of San Carlos who have been granted probationary and permanent status are automatically admitted to the USC-ADEA. They shall be considered regular members.

Membership shall cease upon separation from the University due to retirement, resignation and dismissal from the services for just cause.
